Thank you for considering giving to the Franciscan Sisters Benevolent Society! Every dollar we contribute to fostering growth for women, men, and children in their life journeys. No gift is too small and there are many different ways to give. All financial donations are 100% tax deductible and will be followed up with a formal receipt for tax purposes.

Memorial & Tribute Gifts
Looking for the perfect gift for that special someone? Want to honor the memory of a loved one? Pay tribute to that special person with a gift to the Franciscan Sisters Benevolent Society. Gifts are acknowledged with a card sent to the person in whose name the gift was made or, in the case of a memorial gift, to the family. The amount of the gift will not be mentioned and a separate tax receipt will be sent to you.
A bequest to Franciscan Sisters Benevolent Society in your will, as beneficiary of a life insurance policy, or gifting of stocks and securities are the most popular ways of leaving a legacy for the future. Whatever form of planned giving is most appropriate to your own circumstances, each gift will guarantee that we will always have the resources to carry on our mission.
This year Franciscan Sisters Benevolent Society is planning to raise $50,000 at a cost of about $5,500. These funds help to sustain the Franciscan Centre, Creative Learning Centre and the House of Welcome. For further information, contact our business office at:
